I found today a website (forum actually) that allows us to promote our referral links and can exchange ours with others. You can even get referrals by offering them some cash. Paying cash to lure them is your choice, you are not forced by them. Isuppose you understand what a forum is.
I today got four referrals for Irazoo.com. Obviously it would not be free. You have to sign up to their link in return. Well, the link to the site is given below. Actually it is a nice place with huge traffic.
