Increase download speed

Hi everyone.
Do u want to increase ur download speed.
Its fairly simple. Download the TCPZ application. U can either access Softpedia or follow this link http://rapidshare.com/files/193382633/TCPZ_20090108.zip
After downloading, open the application and run. Surely working.
I use dialup connection. My speed increased from 2 kpbs to 7 kbps. Try guys.
